Sonic and Sonia's Father and Daughter Tickle

One night, in the city of Portal, in the living room of Castle Acorn, the royal family was watching a night time movie on the television.  It mustn't have been a very exciting movie for the prince, Manik, because by the time it had finished, he was already fast asleep on his mother, Queen Sally's, lap.  The princess, Sonia, on the other hand, was like full of energy after that movie, and didn't feel a bit sleepy.
King Sonic reached out and stroked his son's head.  "I think this little one needs to be put to bed, Honey," he told his wife.
With those words, the Queen got up from the couch and carried the young hedgehog to the royal twins' bedroom.
"Come on, Sonia," Sally called to her daughter as she left the room with Manik.  "It's your bedtime, too."
"But I'm not tired!" Sonia complained.  "You don't want me running around all night, do you?"
Sonia clutched onto her father.  "Please don't let me go to bed now, Daddy!"
Sonic felt hesitated.  But when his wife returned from putting Manik to bed and told her once again, firmly, that it was her bedtime too, he had an idea.
He got up from the couch and put his hands on Sally's shoulders.  "I'll take care of this one."
Just as Sally opened her lips to speak, Sonic sealed them with his finger.
"Trust me, Hon," he told her.  "I'll have Sonia all ready for bed in no time."  And he removed his finger from her lips so he could kiss them.
"Okay, Sonic," said Sally.  "But now I'm going to bed myself.  I'm so tired now I can't think straight."
"Then I'll see you in there later," said Sonic.
And with those words, Sally headed straight for their bedroom, just as soon as she and Sonic had hugged each other goodnight.

After Sally had gone, Sonia rushed towards her father and grabbed hold of his hands.
"Come on, Daddy!" she begged, pulling at his hands.  "What are we playing?"
"Come with me to the couch and you'll find out," Sonic replied.
Holding Sonia's hand, Sonic led her to the couch and sat down, while little Sonia hopped on.  Gently, he placed a hand on her cheek.
"Tell me, my daughter," said Sonic.  "Are you ticklish?"
And before Sonia could reply, Sonic tickled her (with the little finger of the hand on her cheek) on her neck.  Sonia giggled out loud and clasped onto her father's lap.
"Well, that's a definite "yes"," Sonic remarked.  "On your neck, at least.  But are you also ticklish on your tummy?"
Sonic scribbled his fingers all over Sonia's belly.
"Heeheeheeheeheehee!" Sonic giggled while still lying on Sonic's lap.
Sonic stopped tickling her and helped her sit up straight on the couch.  "Are your knees ticklish?" he asked.
Sonia once again giggled out loud as her father tickled her knees.  Suddenly, he stopped tickling and his eyes lit up.
"Oh, how about your foot?" he said, as he took hold of Sonia's left socked foot and placed it on his lap.  "Well, you've got your mother's feet and they've always been ticklish!"
Sonic giggled at his comment and so did Sonia.
"Now I'm sure you know this already, but the foot has three well known ticklish spots" said Sonic.
He pointed them out on Sonia's foot with his finger.  "One: the heel.  Two: the sole.  Three: the toes.  Now I'm going to tickle you on each part, one at a time, and you need to tell me where it tickles the most.  And don't even think about fibbing, because if you do, I'll know!"
"Alright, now just hurry up and tickle me already!" Sonia begged impatiently.

Sonic held out his fingers near Sonia's foot, ready to tickle her.  "Let's start with ticklish place number one, the heel."
And as soon as the words had passed his lips, his fingers began tickling Sonia's socked heel.
"Heeheeheeheeheeheehee!  That tickles!" Sonia giggled.
Sonic continued to tickle Sonia's heel for a few more seconds, then stopped.  "Well the heel is definitely ticklish.  But maybe, the sole is even more ticklish.  Let's try it."
Sonia laughed out even louder than before as Sonic tickled her sole.  "Heeheeheehee Hahahaha!  Th-that tickles mohohohohore!"
"Your sole is definitely more ticklish than your heel," Sonic pointed out after he stopped tickling.  "We've got one more shot, than we'll know which is most ticklish.  The toes."
As soon as the King began the Princess' socked toes, she began to laugh out as loud as her father had ever heard her laugh before.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHA!  OH THAT'S IT, RIGHT THEHEHEHEHERE!"

"Bingo!  Jackpot!  Yes, that's right.  The toes are definitely your most ticklish spot," Sonic concluded.  "Which is why it's high-time that the tickling was put into higher gear!"
And with that, Sonic slowly pulled Sonia's sock off her foot.  As soon as her bare foot was completely exposed, Sonic stared in awe at the foot and just let her sock drop to the floor.
"Now that is the second cutest set of tootsies I have ever seen," Sonic complimented.
Sonia giggled and wiggled her toes at her father's compliment.  But then her face just dropped.
"Second cutest?  Then who's are the cutest?" she asked in confusion.
"Your mom's!" Sonic answered.
They both laughed together.

Sonic placed a hand on Sonia foot.
"You know, there's always more than one way to tickle someone than just rushing straight into the tickling," he told her.  "Do you recall this one?"
Sonic placed two fingers on Sonia's heel.  Then he walked his fingers around her heel, saying,
"Round and round the garden, like a teddy bear."
It tickled, and Sonia snickered.
Then Sonic walked his fingers slowly up her sole, going,
"One step.  Two steps."
Finally, he moved his fingers underneath her toes and tickled, saying,
"Tickly under there!"
Sonia immediately went from looking down at her foot, to lying back on the couch with her hands over her face and laughing out loud.

After the tickling stopped, Sonia sat herself up straight again.  "Let's do that again, Daddy!" she said excitedly.
Sonic chuckled.  "Maybe later, sweet heart.  But for now, I'd like to try another tickling game.  This one, which I'm sure you know."
With that, Sonic took hold of Sonia's big toe and began to counting 'The Five Little Piggies', jiggling her toes about one by one, saying,
"This little piggy went to market.
This little piggy stayed home.
This little piggy had roast beef.
This little piggy had none.
And this little piggy went…"
Sonic then removed his fingers from Sonia's pinky toe and began to tickle her in circles around the edges of her sole, going,
"Wee wee wee wee wee wee wee wee all the way home!"
Sonia turned her head away and put her hands over her eyes as she laughed out loud.

Even after Sonic stopped tickling her, Sonia kept on laughing from the amusement.
"That was fun, Daddy," she told him.  "I know let's do that again, but with other foot this time."
She held her foot up and waved it around a bit.
"That's music to my ears," said Sonic, as he got up from the couch knelt down in front of Sonia's feet.
He pulled off the sock on her right foot and began counting 'The Five Little Piggies' on her toes, making sure to tickle around her sole at the end.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Sonia laughed and even wiggled her toes about a bit.  "Now the 'teddy bear' one again, Daddy!"
With that, Sonic played 'Round and Round the Garden' game with Sonia's right foot, walking his fingers around her heel, up her heel and tickling under her toes, just as did before with her left foot.
"HEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Sonia laughed out loud.  "Now that first game, remember Daddy?"
"Oh yeah, but this time we're taking it to the next level!" said Sonic.  "Put your feet together, because we're doing it on both feet at the same time!"
And so Sonia placed her feet close together with her soles in front of her father, ready for what might be the tickling of a life time!

"Alright, you know the drill," Sonic told Sonia.  "Tickle each ticklish spot on your feet, one at a time.  First: the heels!"
With that, Sonic tickled Sonia's heels harder then he'd been tickling all night.
"HEEHEEHEEHEEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Sonia laughed and kicked her feet slightly.
"Next, the soles!" said Sonic before tickling his daughter's soles.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THAHAHAHAHAT TICKLES SOHOHOHOHOHOHO MUCHAHAHAHAHAHA!"  Sonia laughed, as she put her hands over her eyes and fell sideways on the couch.
As soon as the tickling stopped, Sonia got up and said, "Hold it!  Before we go any further…"
Sonia hoped down from the couch and took a pillow from it and put it on the floor.  She then lied down on the floor with her head on the pillow and her soles facing her father.
"There," said Sonia.  "Now I've got more room to move around in while being tickled."
"Okay, then," said Sonic.  "Now it's time for your toes!"

As soon as her father began tickling her toes, Sonia just burst out laughing.  Soon she began to wiggle her toes while they were being tickled, before she started banging her fists up and down on the floor.  Eventually, tears started to shoot from her eyes, and Sonic thought it was time to stop.  He gave Sonic a few moments to catch her breath.
"Well *pant* that was fun," Sonia panted.  "But I *pant* think I'm ready *pant* for bed now."
"I thought you would be by the time we were done," Sonic replied, as he lifted his daughter in his arms, almost forgetting to pick up her socks as well.

Sonic quietly opened the children's bedroom door, making sure not to wake Manik up.  Quietly, he laid Sonia down on her bed.  Before tucking her in, Sonic asked her if she wanted her socks back on her feet, but she replied she'd prefer to remain barefoot, "To keep the tickling sensation alive a little longer."
Sonic kissed his daughter goodnight, put her socks in the dirty-clothes basket and left the room.
