Sally's Feet Night 2It was late. King Sonic and Queen Sally had just arrived home at the castle after a night out. Lara-Su, who was babysitting their children for the night, was waiting for them. She welcomed them home and the King handed her her pay.
"Thanks again for looking after the kids," the Queen thanked Lara-Su, as she took her hands and kissed her on the cheek.
"Th-Thank you, Your Majesty," Lara-Su replied in hesitation, putting her hand on her cheek where the Queen had kissed her.
"Please," Sally assured her, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"There's no need for formalities. You're like family to us.

My Anniversary with AmyI stood on the balcony of my house in the city of Portal, overlooking the park and wearing my best suit. Tonight was the 30th anniversary of my marriage to Amy Rose, and I couldn't wait for our night out to begin.

It all seemed like yesterday when Amy and I returned from our honeymoon in the mountains. All our friends were there to welcome us back home at the airport. After everyone had welcomed us home, we all headed back to our new house for our wedding reception. The party was huge, like a big, happy family reunion. Then again, our friends had always been our family.

Just a few weeks

Tails and Li Moon's Feet and Tickle FunIt was midday in Stormtop Village. It had been quiet day, until now. There was the sound of a distant plane approaching the village. Li Moon raced outside the door of her house. She knew who it was. So did her grandfather, Li Yuen, who had just come outside to join her. It was Tails in his "Tornado". He flew down towards Li Moon's house and touched down gently. Once his propeller died down, Li Moon and her grandfather moved closer to the plane to greet Tails.
"It was so nice of you to come here visit us like this, Tails," said Li Yuen.
"Pleasure's all mine," Tails replied while shaking hands.

Tails and Sally's Foot FunOne quiet evening in Knothole, Tails was lying in bed, waiting for Sally to come in and read him a story.  When Sally arrived, Tails asked excitedly, "So, what story will you be reading tonight?"
"Oh, a very different and interesting story indeed," Sally answered, as she sat on the bed.  "And it just happens to have been written by yours truly."
"Neat O, Aunt Sally," Tails responded excitedly.  "What's it called?"
"It's called 'The Tale of a Foot'," said Sally, as she pulled back the covers at the corner of the bed.
"Because," Sally went on.  "Your foot is going to help tell the story."
